Children in 1st Class have developed pen-pals with children in 1st class in Paddock National School this year. The children are enjoying both receiving and writing of letters.
Computers started back this year for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Class for 26 weeks on Wednesday 15th September and will run on till Easter. The cost is €50. This can be paid via the Aladdin App or in the office. If you have not paid yet, please do so before Easter.
Thanks to all parents who donated. We raised over €1500 in fundraising for the Ukraine. This will be forwarded to the Irish Red Cross
The girls will play Nationals in University Limerick on Monday 21st. We wish Aifric, Heidi, Rosa, Cliona, Olivia and Lauren the best of luck.
10 Week Infant PE starts this week on Friday 4th March. More information can be found in the file attached. 
The Final 2K event will take place in the school on Monday 7th March. Laois Sports Partnership will arrive to set up the event.
3rd and 4th Class will start at 11am 5th and 6th Class will start at 11.45am Once the 2k is finished, Laois Sports Partnership will congratulate pupils and present them with a Certificate. Pictures will be taken on the day and will be used for promotion on social media. |
