Fancy Dress takes place this Thursday 25th October. Junior Infants, Senior Infants, 1st and 2nd Class can wear their Fancy Dress outfits into school.
3rd-6th Class can wear their tracksuit into school and then get changed into their Fancy Dress Outfit. Over the next two weeks we are challenging our students to walk/run to the Santiago Stadium in Madrid.
We need to complete nearly 5000 laps of our pitch, an average of 21 laps per pupil. The track will be open at most Big Breaks weather permitting. Best Of Luck Heath National School will be closed on Friday 26th October due to the Presidential Election.
Clonaghadoo Vs The Heath Boys Final on Tuesday 23rd @ 4pm in O Moore Park. Best of Luck to our Boys Team who will contest the Cumann na mBunscol Laoise Final. We hope lots of our students will go support our fantastic team.
The annual school conker league continues this week. Children should collect conkers over the coming weeks in order to participate. There is a separate biggest/smallest conker competition which children can enter.
6th Class will visit Emo Court on Wednesday 17th October and 5th Class will visit Emo Court on Friday 19th October.for Maths Week. They will have a tour of the house with an OPW guide and then complete maths activities in the garden. The bus will leave at 9.40am and return at approximately 1.30pm. The cost is €9.00 per child
School Calendars are sold out. A final order is being placed on Monday 15th October. If you want a calendar please prepay €5 by Friday 12th October to guarantee a copy.. Thanks  Our School Mass will take place on Tuesday 2nd October at 11.15am in the school for children in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Class.
