Congratulations to our team that won the Cumann na mBunscol General Knowledge Quiz. They came 1st last night 25th February
Our team was Michael Bergin 6th, Mae Delaney 6th, Mike Newell 6th and Andrew Sheeran 5th
Well done to our Cumann na mBunscol Sports Quiz team who came second in this year's Laois Quiz.
They have qualified for the All-Ireland Finals due to take place in Offaly in March 2026

Our 6th class helped out in Junior Infants as they made Christmas Cards for our wonderful GAA Coach Molly O'Brien. Our thanks to The Heath GAA for facilitating Molly doing PE with our classes every week.

- The blitz will be for a mixed team of boys and girls from 4th class, with 9 playing on the field at any one time. Participation is the theme of the event so we ask for an equal opportunity for all players to ensure that they enjoy the day.
- Irish will be the language of the day and all instructions will be ás Gaeilge.
