The Heath St. Patrick's Day Parade will take place again this year on Monday 17th March. The school will participate and pupils and parents are welcome to march behind the school banner. The parade will start at The Heath GAA.

Laois Local Enterprise Office, supports micro companies in county Laois,  through mentoring, training, business advice and financial assistance. The micro companies of today may be the employers of our children tomorrow.
Laois Local Enterprise Office is offering  a  Free ,one hour, Enterprise Awareness workshop  again  this year, to a limited number of primary schools in County Laois 
The aim of the workshop is to show the 6th class pupils that they all have the ability to come up with a business idea. To show how the very things they learn at school and their inherent abilities can make them a successful businessperson.
The workshop , duration one hour, is delivered to sixth class pupils and to all other pupils present in the classroom. The workshop is delivered in the school .
The pupils are invited to nominate the most “ Enterprising Pupil” ,the closing date is Wednesday the 9th April '25.
We will visit the school on March Wednesday 5th @11.30am
